Job Descriptions :

 Handling all department transactions – Sales, Accounting, HR, Admin., Purchasing & Warehouse concerns.

 Strong leadership skills with ability to supervised and technical team.

 Taking charge of hiring and training of prospective SP’s.

 Supervised atleast 30 people/ above and perform them accordingly.

 Taking charge of personnel needs, personnel evaluation, disciplinary actions, vacations/absentism.

 Conducting company sales meetings, internal operations and manpower performance.

 Have an experienced to be assigned in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao in most particular place.

 Proper delegation and allocation of Payroll funds to all SP’s.

 Excellent attention to detail and with and ability to use initiative and maintain confidentially at all times.

 Ability to multi task and prioritize work load.

 Oversight the management operation in Sales Department.

 Management of Daily Sales/ Sales Analysis.

 New product awareness.

 Petty Cash Fund Custodian

 Processing business permits and other essential company documents and transactions.

 Site visitation and ocular inspection for additional store outlet openings and expansions.

 Negotiating and coordinating for new store openings and ‘branching-out’ with mall managers and concerned staff.

 Control operation cost.

 Checklist and Sales monitoring in all store outlets.

 Control capacity to store stocks in stockroom and outlets in levels and validity.

 Responsible for the equipments and property of the company such as inventory, maintenance and necessities.

 Making inquiries and updating competitors’ promotional endorsements on their new products.

 Conducting audit/ inventory on sales and stocks on hand for stockroom and store outlets.

 In charge in purchasing of office supplies/ materials for stockroom and store outlets.

 Preparing Monthly ‘Finished Good Order Slip’ for stockroom and weekly FGOS for store outlets.

 Facilitating and administer mall meetings, upcoming big sales events and promotional product campaigns.

 Preparing all company reports to be forwarded to the head office.
