SYSTEM SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible in gathering, evaluating and testing system requirements of clients including implementing and supporting various POS system applications.

Requirements:
 Either a graduate of Computer Engineering or Computer Science Courses or any related courses.
 Proficient in software installation and testing and hardware troubleshooting and PC Network Configuration.
 Able to relate with customers with courtesy and develop rapport.
 Has good oral and written communication skills
 Willing to assist client and work on extended hours / weekends and Holidays as needed (On-call status).
 Can work independently and represent the company with high standard of Professionalism and Commitment.
