PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, pouching, and filing.
2. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
3. Communicating with clients, agents, and Makati Head Office via telephone or email.
4. Entertaining walk-in clients and visitors.
5. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office Applications.
6. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
7. Setting up appointment to prospects via telephone.
8. Willing to do FIELD WORK / ERRANDS: Assist clients in fulfilling their medical requirements: scheduling and accompanying clients to the doctors or hospitals, getting medical reports or results, pick-up and deliver client requests, and collecting client payments.
9. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 20 to 24 years old, preferably female
• College Graduate (Preferably Business Related Course)
• Must be Internet and Computer Savvy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Outlook, Email, Internet.
• Must be Organized and knows how to manage file and client records
• can speak and write in English due to need of transmittal of data with Makati Head Office.
• must be able to communicate properly as needed to deal with clients
• must be a fast learner and has the initiative to do things independently and efficiently.
• Willing to do errands / field work
