Global Connect eSolutions, a Davao-based call center is in need of One (1) Program Operations Manager.The position directly reports to the Site Operations Director and is tasked to lead a team of Program Supervisors both in the Entertainment Chat Support and Voice (outbound) Support with the end objective to meet required sales targets and is responsible for managing operations, training, planning and strategic direction to support business objectives for the company's Outbound Sales channel. The position is responsible for driving performance and improvement of processes while maintaining optimum service levels and quality. The position also supports new outbound sales programs, create operations requirements, and manage new program launches.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years call center inbound/outbound sales management experience, 1 year of which in a managerial position .

Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills
• People management skills
• Proactive with ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple initiatives in a very fast-paced environment, yet flexible enough to respond quickly to maximize opportunities
• Ability to drive sales through superior strategy and execution of policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and Word

Work Environment/ Schedule:

Work schedule is shifting, including graveyard shifts, and work during holidays, weekends or overtime may be required.
