We are looking for an experienced customer support representative with leadership experience to join our team. In this position you would be responsible for: day-to-day support needs of RackNine clients; answering support phone calls during business hours; monitoring and responding to live-chat and trouble-ticket queues; organizing and prioritizing support tasks; creating development requests for bug fixes; documenting repairs and hours worked in RackNine’s CRM; and additional duties as assigned. To be successful in this role you need: established hardware and software support skills, a solid work ethic, good organizational and time management skills, the ability to interact with clients to quickly resolve support requests, and a familiarity with CRM.
Additional information about the job:
-This position would require you to work Edmonton hours (about 13 hour difference between Edmonton and the Phillipines) in order to properly receive and respond to phone inquiries and email inquiries from our customers.
-This is a three-month pilot project in which RackNine will determine the feasibility of expanding its Philippines workforce. With good performance we will be looking to extend your contract in a managerial and training role for our support team.
-You must have a high speed internet connection and be willing to work from your home.
-This position must be very comfortable with spoken and written English. You will be required to receive and make outbound calls, emails, and remote support to an English-speaking client-base.
-This position needs to be able to recognize client issues and address them accordingly, including when to be escalated to Management.
